I recently released an iOS app that can help you do just that. The app is called Time Balance. The goal of the app is to help you spend your time in a balanced way.
There is no question that time is a precious resource. It’s possible, however, that we don’t use it as good as we should. This app helps you track and compare how much time you have spent on different activities. You can then see where you have overspent your time and make the necessary adjustments.

You can try the app for free. If you like it, you can then upgrade it to the full version from within the app. The full version allows you to create unlimited number of items and removes the ads.
