Steven Aitchison – my blogging friend at Positive Blog Network – just launched a membership program called Binaural Heaven which aims to foster your personal development through binaural beats.
Here is how Wikipedia explains binaural beats:
Binaural beats or binaural tones are auditory processing artifacts, that is, apparent sounds, the perception of which arises in the brain independent of physical stimuli… binaural beats may influence the brain in more subtle ways through the entrainment of brainwaves and can be used to produce relaxation and other health benefits.
…
Binaural beat stimulation has been used fairly extensively to induce a variety of states of consciousness, there has been some work done in regards to the effects of these stimuli on relaxation, focus, attention, and states of consciousness.
Steve also explains it on his blog:
The theory behind binaural beats is that if you apply slightly different frequency sine waves to each ear, a beating affect is created in the brain itself, due to the brain’s internal wiring. If, in the presence of these tones, you relax and let your mind go, your mind will naturally synchronize with the beat frequency. In this way it is possible to tune the frequency of your brain waves to particular frequencies that you have selected, using of the four bands: Delta: deep sleep, Theta: dreaming and intuitive stuff, Alpha: awake, focused inside, and Beta: awake, focused outside.
To be honest, binaural beats is something new to me, but there are numerous studies about it.
In Steve’s program, every month the members will get:
- 3 binaural beat audios, around 30 minutes in length
- 1 e-book related to improving the quality of life
- 1 guided meditation audio, interlaced with binaural beats
All of them will be mailed directly to the inbox.
The program currently costs $15 a month. You can read more about it on its site.
Hi Donald
Thank you for the review of this product, I really appreciate it.
I think a lot of people won’t have heard about this but they really are amazing and have helped thousands of people all over the world. Word is now starting to get out so expect to hear a lot more about binaural beats and isochronics.
Steve,
You’re welcome. I just learned about binaural beats from you. It’s interesting because it is based on studies of how the brain waves work. I think you’re right: people will hear more about it in the future.

I personally like the binaural beat tracks offered by transcendentaltones best, because they are the first site that I found on the internet that actually explains every detail and give you all the technical parameters of each track. That way I know exactly what I’m buying! I also like the flexibility of getting the binaural beats by themselves, or in combination with naturally recorded sounds of nature. For some reason the sounds of nature function as a great carrier to help you focus, relax and open yourself for the binaural entrainment process. Maybe it’s because natural sounds are random, yet they are also flowing. So when you listen to them you cannot anticipate anything, what helps you deepen your concentration. It keeps you “at the edge of your seat”, to put it in a way. One last thing I want to point out about transcendentaltones’ tracks is that they choose very special frequencies, not just any frequency. They still fall within the delta, theta and alpha ranges, but they are chosen to match naturally existing frequencies, such as the frequency of rotation of the earth, the schumann frequency, etc.
It’s funny I’ve been a long time reader of Steven Aitchison personal blog and I remember when he first started getting interested in brainwave entrainment. Did not know that he had his own program with it now. Good to know will check it out.
