What Is Your One Habit in the New Year?

With the end of the year approaching, it’s a good time to start preparing for next year. During the holiday, especially, you will have the clarity of mind and time to do it.

What exactly should you plan?

Well, I believe that one thing you should plan is your habits. Why? Because your habits can make or break your life! Build the right habits and you will be on your way to reaching full potential.

The good news is: you don’t need to build a complex set of habits. In fact, you only need to build one habit. One habit can make a big difference in your life. Such a habit is called a keystone habit and your job is to find yours.

Here is the question that you need to answer:

What is the one habit that would make the most difference in your life?

To help you answer it, you might want to find some possible habits in the five aspects of life:

  • Work: your career and finance.
  • Health: your physical health.
  • Learning: your personal development.
  • Social: your relationships with others.
  • Spiritual: your relationship with God.

From your list of possible habits, choose the one that would make the most difference in your life. Then commit to building it. That way you will start the new year strong!

Perhaps enforcing that a certain room/computer is only for work to maximize mindset.

  2. Love it ! Good job. My one habit I want to improve is building a strong relationship with God. Every day. Every hour. Every minute. That’s my goal. Thank you for writing. I always enjoy your insight on things.
