After the first deal on Black Friday, today I’d like to give you my second (and last) deal: for three days only, you can get my e-books for 60% off.
I have something to tell you today: Life Optimizer has a new look! It has been six years since I updated the look of the website. The last time I updated it was in 2010. So I think it’s time for a facelift. I actually wanted to launch the new look at the 10th anniversary of Life Optimizer, but I couldn’t get it ready at that time. It still took quite a lot of work. But now I’m happy to tell you that it’s ready! It still has some glitches here and there, and I’m still working on them, but overall it works. If you read this through an email or feed reader, click here to check it out. Enjoy!
Can you believe it? Today is Life Optimizer’s 10th anniversary! I started this blog on September 7, 2006 with this first post. Since then, I have published 755 posts, most of which I wrote myself. That’s a lot of writing! Ten years is a long time, especially in the Internet world. Back then I was still working on my master’s degree in Singapore. I had always been interested in personal effectiveness, so I thought, “Why not start a blog?”
Bluehost has a special offer for you: for today only, you can get its web hosting package for 60% off! If you plan to start your own blog or website, you need web hosting, and today is the right time to get it. I have a step-by-step guide on why you should start a blog and how to do it with Bluehost. But you don’t need to follow the entire guide today; you only need to get the hosting package first. Later – when you have some spare time – you can follow the entire guide. Life shouldn’t be serious all the time. We also need time to chill out and relax. Here I’d like to deviate a bit from my normal topics and talk about a favorite pastime of mine: playing games. I love playing games. In fact, I loved it so much that I learned to make my own games. That’s how I came to learn computer programming, beginning when I was in high school. There was a problem though: I spent so much time playing games that I barely accomplished anything at all. Back in those days, I could spend six hours straight playing games! I had a lot of fun but accomplished very little (except for making my own games, I guess).
