Repeat this 10-15 times in a session.</description>

I agree with Kaizan in that most people think they are too busy to do a lot of these things...and also I think a lot of people don&#039;t think that they can change; they do not know how to change and feel as if they are locked onto an ever-running treadmill.  It is important therefore to give oneself small things to change and then piece by piece you will get there.  How much time, after all, does it take to breathe properly? And it is such an easy and natural thing to do.</description>
