Warm regards,

Miss Cybernaut,
Diamonds, alchemy, herbalism... sounds like the kind of game I'd love :) I used to play games for hours myself. Now random browsing has taken over the place.

:) I couldnt agree more about finding the bottleneck in productivity
right here on web. For me its rather silly....its facebook app - fairy garden, lets you grow your online plants. And there is more! Whenever you water someone else's you are in a game for diamonds...and they give you "superpowers"....not to mention practicing alchemy and herbalism. I spend more time growing virtual flowers then checking emails :D
In fact, I will write a review on blog. Thats the only thing I can do besides public confess I just made.

The Daily Click,
I once lost all of my data when I was in college. It was two semester's worth of data. I'm much more careful since then. It's sad that I needed to experience the loss before being careful.

John,
Thanks for the information!

Great suggestions. For #5, you might want to know that the premier issue of Productive! magazine has just been released, and has 17 great articles on productivity, along with an exclusive interview with productivity guru, David Allen. I've posted a link to the free premier November issue at

I can really relate to random browsing being a bottle neck, in fact it is the reason whyI have ended up here reading your post. "Build your capability to recover" is essential and having experienced a few years back a whole months work being lost and the amount of time it took to re-do everything I am now maybe a little OTT on this aspect. I run a weekly back up to an external hard drive and then a monthly back up on to CD just in case the external hard drive fails as well.
