		<description>I agree. I often hear people complain that the pace of life is getting too fast but they seldom ever do anything about it. One of the greatest gifts you can give anyone is time - this is even more so with your self.

Taking time for your self is so important. I do it by forcing myself to take walks. If I&#039;m really pressed for time then these become even more important. It&#039;s hard to be creative when your mind is full of stuff. We get more done and are more successful if we slow down sometimes.</description>
