An effective do-do list, I use the pocketmod (lined except cover & back pages) and keeping it simple with headings; Shop .. Call .. Do

For checklist I create a roughdraft and when ready for use I print it on an index card usually 4x6 and cut to size having the title of the checklist in bold print
The laundry and cleaning checklist I protect using clear wide packing tape
I re-vise as needed as the list is never long but complete

Sarah,
I don't use Mac (I wish I do :) ), so I don't try the software myself but perhaps you can use Apimac Timer.

Nick,
Thanks! I do hope this article can be a good collection of proven productivity tips.

Well done Donald.

I think this is a very useful resource which managers, 'knowledge workers' and the like should be able to pull at least 5 helpful ideas from. Best collection / summary I have seen by far.

Avani,
I agree with you about the importance of sleep. Having good sleep is essential to manage our energy so that we can perform well throughout the day.
And yes, being happy is always good for productivity :)

Etavitom,
Glad you like it! This article is something I want to refer to as well in my life. Being reminded is always good

Pheng,

When we feel good, we feel more productive

I agree completely. I tried over and over again to accomplish things when I felt bad and it just didn't work.

Stu,
Ultradian sprint is an idea I love which is why I often write about it. I was excited when I learned about it.
