		<description>I think the whole &quot;New Year&#039;s Resolution&quot; idea needs to be done away with... Isn&#039;t it better to have resolutions all year long?

Tip 1: Don&#039;t start 10 resolutions at one time. Stick to one until you get good at that, then move on to the next one. Trying to change 50 bad habits in the course of a month is likely to lead to failure.

The whole &quot;New Year&#039;s Resolution&quot; idea is really just another cliched commercialized gimmick to sell more Hallmark merchandise in my opinion.</description>
