The key is really patience and discipline. Build your assets so they can buy as many luxuries as you want. Plus, you may discover you don't need those extra luxuries when you can easily afford them. A lot of people get caught in the "Joneses Trap", instead of focusing on their personal goals. Think about your future, set some goals, then model your life around them.
